What warranty do you offer on your appliance repairs in Toronto and Hamilton?

We stand by our work with a comprehensive 90-day parts and labor warranty. This warranty is the same for every customer, whether you’re in downtown Toronto, Scarborough, or on the Hamilton Mountain. If the specific issue we fixed reoccurs, we will make it right.

What happens if a part we installed fails within the warranty period?

If a part we installed proves to be defective within the 90-day warranty, we will source a replacement and perform the installation at no additional cost. Our goal is to provide lasting repair solutions for our neighbours in Toronto and Hamilton.

Can I transfer the warranty if I sell my appliance?

Our service warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original customer who received and paid for the repair service.

What is your service call fee for the Toronto or Hamilton area?

Our flat-rate diagnostic service call fee is $120 + tax. This single charge covers the technician’s travel to your home and a thorough diagnosis of your appliance, whether you are located in Etobicoke, North York, Ancaster, or Stoney Creek. If you proceed with our repair quote, this fee is fully credited to your final bill.

How quickly can you schedule an appliance repair appointment in Toronto or Hamilton?

We have a dedicated team of technicians serving communities across the GTA and the Hamilton region, which allows for very flexible scheduling. We often have same-day or next-day appointments available. Whether you need urgent fridge repair in downtown Toronto or washer repair in Dundas, call us to find the earliest available time slot.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time. A $60 fee may be applied to cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment window, as that time slot was reserved specifically for you and your technician.

Do you service all neighbourhoods within the GTA and Hamilton?

Yes! Our service area is extensive. We cover all of Toronto (including Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, East York) and the Hamilton region (including Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Waterdown, and the Hamilton Mountain).

When and how can I pay?

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and debit cards. Our technicians are equipped with mobile payment terminals to make the process quick and secure.

Are your price quotes guaranteed?

Yes. The detailed, itemized quote provided by your technician after diagnosis is the price you’ll pay. This quote is valid for 7 days, giving you time to make a decision.

If you decide not to perform the service on the same day, the service call fee of $120 will apply.

Do you use genuine manufacturer parts?

We use high-quality Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts or top-tier aftermarket parts that meet or exceed the original specifications. This ensures the longevity and reliability of your repair.

Upon request we have other budget options.

What happens if a part needs to be special-ordered?

If your repair requires a part that we don’t have in stock, we will order it immediately from our trusted suppliers. We’ll give you an estimated time of arrival and contact you as soon as the part is in our hands to schedule the installation at your earliest convenience.

What do I need to do before the technician arrives?

To help your appointment go as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask that you:

  • Ensure a person aged 18 or older is present for the entire appointment.
  • Clear the area around the appliance so our technician has safe and easy access.
  • For laundry repairs, please empty the washer and dryer.
